This online
document repository has been established for the community and
interested stakeholders to access and review information pertaining to
the upcoming renewal of the Dutchess County Resource Recovery Facility (DCRRF)
Title V Air Permit. The DCRRF currently operates under a Title V Air
Operating Permit (Facility DEC ID: 313460001900013). The current permit
expires on March 20, 2027. In accordance with Permit Condition 3, DCRRF
must submit a renewal application at least 180 days before the
expiration of the permit. This webpage will be updated throughout the
application process with project-related information and written
materials.
